- i made this to celebrate the one year anniversary! id love to hear opinions on these - i'll admit they're a little obscure and some of them have absolutely no chance of getting into the game haha

I think it does because when saki got sick the other 3 grew apart of each other, then saki comes back from the hospital and wants to reunite with the 3 but only Ichika talks to her like before, then the four discover their Sekai and one of them (I think it was saki) proposed the idea of forming a band like they always wanted, Ichika agrees but Siho and Honami don't. Then they convince Siho and after discovering what happened to Honami and helping her they finally form the band and start being friends like before. In reboot after the death of Miku and Luka's friend they stop talking to each other but in the future they reunite, which is kinda similar to what happens with Leo/need

KIKUO STANS RISE
RISE UP
leo/need reboot plot:
it was before the girls started to distance from eachother but saki was still sick. ichika, honami and shiho used to visit her all the time, but recently shiho and honami were getting busy and struggling to find time to visit saki, and as of recent its only been ichika by herself who would come to comfort saki in her lonely days. as saki became sadder and sadder that her other friends visited her less, her mental state degrading contributed to her health worsening. she passes away in the end. at the funeral, the three remaining girls are there and ichika starts angrily bawling and yelling at the other two for being careless and that saki couldve made it if they had visited to cheer her up more, since her mental state greatly affected her health. and so, the three girls completely disconnect from eachother for good.... until a few years later. by this time they've grown up into adults and by some miracle meet eachother again in public. the spirit of saki in her young form happily watches the reunion from the sidelines. in the ending scene, they show eachother that they still have their phenny plushies which symbolizes their friendship and the three of them stare together at the starry night sky, saki's spirit once again happily watching them from behind. she eventually disappears/ascends to heaven (idk wtf whatever happened to zimi in the original)
tldr the same story as the original but saki dying of illness and ichika getting mad at hona and shiho instead lmao

Leo/Need Miku felt so familiar to me and I finally realized why because of this video. ITS BECAUSE OF RASPBERRY MONSTER
And one final comment before I go, they just announced Kakekuri Pierrot just today! As a MMJ cover so I am satisfied.

I’ll admit I don’t know a lot of these songs so far but I really dig how much thought you put in this, I feel like this is something I’d do as well and if I ever get into video editing I might give it a go since I’ve been really passionate about Vocaloid music lately
Your music taste is so good! Since we have leia-remind, I have hopes for an utsuP song! I really would like Corona, the corner of the public toilet, brainwashing monkey dance, or hikizuri in the game, but his new songs would be good too! I would also like to see more nilfruits songs, like wozwald, hungry Nicole, and anna no musica! Some other misc songs that would be nice are Bonita by syudou, fake human number 40 by ?¿, shadow shadow by azari, shanti by wotaku, and egorock by surii!
i was thinking the same about utsu-p!! i only really care about the 'vocaloid rhythm game' part of project sekai rather than the whole idol thing so it doesnt matter to me if it gets a cover or not, but either way, realistically hyper reality show would probably the song theyd add because its his most popular one. i think its be funny if they added null tho bc that could be a crazy hard map

honestly I just want WxS to cover any tohma song. Since he retired, I doubt we'll ever get a commissioned song so a babylon, skelleton orchestra, magical girl eudamonics or catwalk envy cover is all I need. Ghost Rule was added to the game and was covered by Leo/Need or Ichika-
I was just thinking I wanted World Domination How-To as well. It felt like a lot of obvious, heavier, emotional songs were left out? The gameplays kinda boring compared to D4 DJ as well so without good tracks I'd rather play the voca songs they have there
Tbh, i was lowkey hoping there would be wowaka songs in it.
They have about 4 wowaka songs in in JP. From the top of my head, Unknown Mother Goose, Worlds End Dancehall, Rolling Girl and Two Faced Lovers are in it, I do want unhappy refrain thoigh

I’m SO glad you and I both understand the whole existence for Leo/Need. They are built to be a gateway for old VOCALOID. They get lost in the weeds so fast with every other song that’s released. I wish they’d receive equal treatment.
