Is there a reason to have multiple of the same legendary soul or should I just salvage them

In my server we're having the first soul rush event, should I spend some of my gems to summon a red one and upgrade it?
Or should I upgrade a yellow one till I get a red one?

did you try taking the levels out before the soul rush started or after? I know it doesn't count essence spent if you refunded during the event, but I'm wondering if you can reset the day before the event and then it'll count it all

I reset it 5 min before reset, so unfortunately it’s doesn’t work
