Thanks, for suggesting at the end to do this again. I always look for work outs that are at least 30 minutes. I did this work out two times and feel great. This was my first time using a 6 lb mini ball and love the difference in the mobility and strength training. I prefer 8 10 12 and 15 lb dumb bells but this give me a different way to work my muscle that I think will give me that definition I am looking for.
