The blonde guy was in the Octagon and in one scene Chuck Norris kicked him in the groin lol.

Norton doubled for Chuck Norris in some of the Walker Texas Rangers episodes. He has a distinctive spinig back kick he does, which I have seen him do in other motion pictures it was very recognizable when he would double for Chuck in certain fight scenes
