Wow...nice cut. I ordered mine from Amazon on black Friday and got it on sale for $39.99 and got it yesterday. I am so glad I came across your video. I love how you explained everything step by step. As a woman who has never handle these types of tools I now feel comfortable setting mine up. You are a great teacher! Thank you!
Thank You! I think you'll love it. Remember to be careful not to run the chain into metal, rock or even the ground because it will dull the chain very quickly and you'll have to have it sharpened. Thanks for sharing!
@@DiyGuy50 Yes, I paid closed attention to that part and I will be very careful. My box did not bring the case you got but I am sure I can get one at Home Depot, mine is a bit different than yours, it does not have the little oil "tank". I am watching the video again as I am setting mine up right now. I will let you know how I like it!
It's between this one and a Tietoc brand. There are too many to choose from, and I am overwhelmed as a woman trying to pick one out for her husband. Help
@@davaswafford3283 There are a lot of brands, but I think they are all pretty similar. I have only used this one (IMOUMLive) and the Saker 4” mini chainsaw. I have a review video on it on my UA-cam channel, DIYGUY50. I prefer the IMOUMLIVE saw because it’s larger, has a brushless motor and comes with two 3amp-hour batteries, as well as as a case and two extra chains, and has a oil reservoir for the chain. I’m waiting on another 6 inch saw by VOZRO to review.
The IMOUM saw comes with two 3 ah batteries compared to two 2ah batteries that come with the Tietoc. 3ah batteries give you more cutting time between charges. Also, the cutting speed is faster with the IMOUM saw.

@@RobertNickerson-s5o Hi Robert. I don’t have that issue with mine. Is yours the same brand?
