It has come to the point that you should only help women you know (friends and family). Too many "strong independent" women looking to shame men out there or accuse them of things. I once held a door open for a woman in Washington, which I would have done if she was a man and she yelled at me. I let the door go as she was walking through and it slammed back on her. I knew the door had an overly strong closing arm which is why I held it as I walked through. It hit her pretty good so she got what she wanted.

Impoverished women worked from the beginning of time. My dad remembers women working in the fields who gave birth that morning. Part of the Women's movement in the early 1900s involved women being overworked.
Did you know that in "Victorian era" England, most business owners left their business to their wives in their wills. Gotta assume that the women were heavily involved in running those business while their husbands were alive.
Even in the Bible, the Proverbs 31 woman sells in the marketplace.

9:00 The problem with this mentality is that marriage is supposed to be a partnership. Partners are an equal share. That means that both people should contribute to the household. The "her money" and "my money" doesn't work, because it ends up like how my parents' marriage is going right now. After 45 years of marriage, it's "her money" and "our money". Meaning she wants access to both hers and his, but doesn't want to share hers. It's either all or nothing. Either it's all "our" money, or it stays "hers" and "his".

The big problem with being a traditional man is that the economic system has adjusted for a female workforce meaning that a man can never earn a traditional man's income as his time and labor is worth about half to 60% of what it used to be. Basically a man now needs to be an exceptional earner, in the top 5% with zero family time and higher risks than rewards. It comes with the traditional " absent father absent spouse" issues but with strong entitlement of your spouse and kids to your earnings. The added bonus is a traditional heart attack, the traditional losing your house and family on divorce and the traditional early grave. You cannot defy economics and constant risk, expecting to somehow win.

Never help a ferral woman, nor give her food, quarter or guidence, she will not receive it in the spirit you offer, it is best to give them plenty of space or avoid them completely if you can. Proverbs 21:9 It is better to dwell in a corner of the housetop, than with a brawling woman in a wide house.

Bois STAY AWAY from women at the gym they're clearly very strong and independent, they dont need your help, it would be an insult and embarassing for them if you do help them out.
AND if you do help them you could be rewarded with a "creep at the gym" title.

Craziest comment I ever heard. He’d have done the exact same for any guy too….it’s called being a decent human being. Overrated apparently.

That could be their female friend or family member. Maybe she has a controlling bf and is shouting out so he hears that she's not attracting guys, you never know
