Heard the first part of this for the first time as it was played during an extended interview of Salvador Dali by Russell Harty. Dali was raising for the morning on an automated table which looked like he was coming from his crypt. Wagner was booming out and the hair on the back of my neck stood up. I've loved this music ever since.
