Have always loved this cover. Really the days of going to a local pub and just a few bucks you would see of many artist just delivering the best sounds.
Best 80's band ever for energy and fun. So different to the other rockabilly bands at the time with their repertoire and attitude. It's a shame they didn't get to record enough of their own material which was fab. (Regular Records did a compilation "Regular Rockabilly - check that) Cheeky, witty and they got great gigs, working every night of the week in the mid 80's around Sydney and were always touring Melbourne and Adelaide because the crowds went nuts. They've reunited on a few special occasions only in the last few years but sadly this won't be the case again as John has passed away suddenly yesterday. This is a great reminder of them - in an unusual circumstance... miming to a recording of a song they didn't choose to record, though it was always a crowd favourite. All great guys and we had a lot of fun and laughs together for many years. Their chemistry was real special... highlights of their gigs no matter how big or small were the acoustic songs in the middle of the crowd, usually at the end of the night. Gospel, Pop, RocknRoll, Rockabilly... LOVE you guys still. Thanks for the memories xxx
Bought this in a shop called Hound Dogs Bop Shop in Melbourne, fantastic cover...
