CC's passes are nearly always perfectly on her teammates hands. It puts them in a position to shoot without altering their direction. Plus, the best offense in basketball is beating the defense down court. Not only that, she understands the angles and spaces available to make those passes. When to bounce, laser, or loft it. She does need to get stronger on defense. She expends a lot of energy being the primary ball handler. But that will come because she is a tireless worker in practice. It's so fun to watch these clips. It's kind of like watching old videos of Bird. Larry Bird.
Damn, CC is one hell of an assist player. She can see the game point play the moment she takes one or two steps towards the goal. Great insight who always remains calm. Watching this reminds me of Wayne Gretzky. He played his sport at a level above all others. He was a potent and prolific goal scorer, but he was equally as good as a play maker. His career assists were double his career goals. Unselfish, knowing where every one was during play, being able to anticipate the flow of the game and opposition players and having trust in teammates to complete the plays. That is what I see in Caitlin Clark and it is amazing and beautiful to watch.

She sets herself up so well to make the pass. It's not just that she sees the open person. She moves herself to make it easier on her teammate and harder on the defender.

Well, I've always liked watching women play basketball more than men and watching Clark's all-around brilliance has been thrilling.
