Sugar 150g
Milk 150ml
Oil 60ml
Flour 250g
Baking Powder 10g
Salt 1/4 tsp
Vanilla 1
Almond fillet 40g
Ingredients for the Cream:
Egg 1
Sugar 60g
Corn starch 20g
Milk 250ml
Couverture 50g
Pan dimensions 28*18 cm
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 C for 40 minutes.
