Can the green line problem happen second time even after replacing display once or is it safe to install new updates for samsung phone if the display is already replaced.

Samsung India has circulated an notice to all the authorised service centers to replace S20Plus Display and Battery at free of cost starting from this week till 31st Dec 2022
(even if the device has crossed 1yr warranty period). Please reach out to your near authorised service center.

Bhai i purchased in Oct 2020. I got this problem 2 weeks back. I went to service center on 6th august and today i got repaired Free of cost. Mainly the point is that they are giving free replacement in district level cities only. Small town service centers dont know about it. so got to service center as soon as possible.

Samsung service center is charging 18k for display change and 25k for motherboard change...
Samsung is looting customers... Not only S20 plus but my previous phone S9 plus have the same issue... These happened 2 times just after 1 year warranty expired...
I have registered so many complaints in there service center... I have filed case against samsung in consumer forum.... Will get it repaired any how for free from samsung....

Mobile screen flicker almost solved....
I was facing same problem with my 2 year old Samsung m51 since yesterday ... Screen flicker (no strips or lines or rolling screen though) and brightness and color change.
I carried my mobile in my bag because of rains while riding a bike. Something might have got pressed or some settings changed...that's what I thought.
I tried few solutions suggested by different techies on youtube but nothing worked... They say problem is because of some recent update blah blah...
... So this is what I did and I think most of us with this problem hopefully won't have to replace their mobile displays.
1) First.. Do hard reset 2 or 3 times - press volume minus key and power off (finger print key) together and hold till Samsung screen comes then release the keys. (check other videos if you are not sure how to hard reset your mobile)
2) Next.. Go to Accessibility - Visibility Enhancement - then deselect these 2 options if already engaged...
1- Remove animations
2- Reduce transparency and blur
3) now you have to completely switch off (DO NOT RESTART) your mobile and after few seconds wait switch it on again.
Hopefully it will solve the problem like mine... It may happen again then repeat the same thing again........ till Samsung provides some bug removal update.
I am not a tech guy... So won't be able to reply any queries...Just thought of helping those suffering from this issue.... Posting it on other video comment section also to reach it to more people...

I only had small crack or scratch on S20 plus.... now i have green line issue after software update.... but company wont replace my screen due to small crack... Even though green line is not because crack but it is due to software update....
I will never in my life use samsung products and recommend all not to use samsung products.

Bro I think This is samsung's business strategy becouse this problems only starts after phone's warranty period over. Almost most of the flagship device user not bothered this issues their suddenly replacing disolay and samsung earn extra profits

The engineer of samsung service center T nagar, chennai simply took my phone and gave me after 20 minutes saying that you need to change the display of S 22 ultra which will cost around Rs. 21000/-
As i said him that there is not dent on the screen and the green lining near front camera started appearing after I updated my Phone few days back.
Dear sir, I saw so many comments on samsung forum that after update, screen is getting green.
I want to tell you that its not my fault to update my phone.Why i need to bear Rs.21000 for display change

Meri Vivo x60 fon me one green colour ki line I hai. Maine is Phone ko ₹40000 dekar kharida tha. Wego centre mein gaya tha FIR udhar bola 10000 lagega servicing ke liye. Mere mobile ka 1 year 6 month reset ki Umar 😔😂😂😭
