Just let them move into a house that is expensive then use this cheat. Then move them to the location you want. Plus they have some money to start with. Or you can use the cheat “testing cheats true enter.
Then enter money 99999999. You’re welcome.

To get basically unlimited money,type ctrl+shift+c and type testingcheats true then when it says cheats enabled type money 999999999 remember to type three 999's.I think you can only do it when your sims are doing something and not like travelling.

Or you can save the family to the library save the house erase the lot go to move into house hold use the old house hold you were using but go into build mode first rather than your sims physically being on the lot you can build anything for free

There’s actually another hack like this too for people who can’t use cheats the hack is that if you have the house you want saved in your library than what you can do is if it isn’t a brand new family on a new game and you’re just adding sims into a pre-existing world is you can go into build mode on the house before you start playing with the sims and you
Will get to have infinite money
