Thanks for uploading this. We had 3 jets fly just over top of us recently in a suburban area, in a tight V-formation. If my Mom wasn't with me, I would have thought I had fantasized the whole thing it was so shocking to see 3 in tight formation near the ground. The noise was incredible and nearly shocked us. I only saw the back end of the jets, about 75 yards away (guessing) on a sunny day, so we were not sure if they were F-16 or F-20 (F-16s are still used yes??). This was in a suburban area and we were quite surprised how low they were flying. I don't wanna give the local in case the military prefers people not know, but let's just say in a very middle America city, not far from an AFB. We weren't offended or bothered, but were still taken aback by how low they were in a suburban area. Well anyway, we love all of our USA jet pilots and hope they are all safe and well compensated for keeping us safe---including good health care in later years. God bless.

I take offense to your description. It isn't to ensure that the US Air Force is engaged! It is to ensure a TEAM effort. Germany needs to ensure they invest enough of their GDP so they aren't overly reliant on the US taxpayer's!

I too was stationed at Spangdahlem in the seventies when we had C and Ds, we were so envious of Bitburg and their 15s, looking back I was the lucky one being at Spangdahlem and not Bitburg.

"Elbow wrapping " a cord.....the absolute worst way to wrap up any line....It twists whatever the cord is made of --breaking strands....NEVER EVER DO IT
