game looks awesome, especially vilgax! i've seen these vids since the start and its super impressive how far it's come since. only suggestion i'd make would be to add background noises, mostly for the maps (but for certain characters too if possible), like whirring/buzzing for machinery & ships, wind/leaves blowing for grassy planets, cars and birds for Bellwood, etc. but that's not a big deal and pretty much just for extra immersion, looking forward to seeing more showcases dude!
@@Arwimiles oh yeah sure, let's say this level for example, i think some kind of industrial ambience would work since you're fighting in a huge mechanical ship in outer space. another would be the Khoros level, maybe some strong wind in the background since the ships are moving so fast. just general things really, like rushing water for levels with streams or bodies of water, e.g the beginning of Level 13, city ambience for Bellwood (and maybe crickets at night), leaves and trees blowing for levels with a lot of grass and plants, or reverb on attacks and sounds when you're fighting inside caves, ships, and large buildings/structures. hopefully this is a bit more helpful

I agree with what you said about level 22, this one, and level 21, which is khoros. I actually did add city ambience for bellwood this update. Reverb on attacks Is harder, but I can look into it. Been playing this game a good few days its great!!!!! If i were to suggest 2 things definitely allow ghostfreak to phase through stuff since he has a phase mode but cant actually phase through enemies or objects yet and on free roam mode mahbe some way to select which 5 aliens i want to use regardless of map and set? Like for example allowing me to swap water hazard for artiguana on the go kind of like how you can swap characters in a lego game? None of this is needed but some suggestions since I’m aware you’re busy and this is a hobby, keep up the great work! Love the game so far
Thanks for the feedback! Ghostfreaks phase is supposed to work on enemies, so thats weird. I can't have him phase through anything, cause its pretty gamebreaking, but the idea is to have specific doors and stuff you can phase through, although in free roam, i could make it so ghostfreak, can phase through anything, since theres no level to break? Saddly, I can't let you swap characters for a set, its hard to explain but basically it is not less intensive on the system than all the aliens being active, and dreams can only handle 5 - 10

@@Arwimiles one last question, would it be possible to select a set of aliens before teleporting into a certain free roam stage? Since I assume that would still maintain the 5 alien limit of the dreams system. Like not on the go but if you wanted to swap a set for another but stay on the same stage, you could just go back to the stage select and choose a set of 5 whether its the sets you’ve created or if they’re customisable. Sorry for all the suggestions I just really am excited for this project and it looks to have a bright future :)

The only way to do it that way would to have a different scene for every permutation of aliens, which would be in the 6 millions, so can't do that. I started playing this game today and im loving it so far, it has elements from some of my favorite Ben10 games, vilgax attacks and Cosmic destruction, so far im in level 5: null void, I have a question though, how come in the story mode when you unlock an alien, it swappes out one that you already had before that, is it that the ultimatrix can’t carry more than 5 aliens at a time
The technical reason is because the game can't handle more, the story reason is the omnitrix was damaged. Glad you like the game and maybe hold off on playing the levels since I have a big update coming out soon that'll improve combat a TON.

Yep I agree, I think a lot of levels are lacking ambience. I'll make sure to add it in the next update
