I think this really might be one of the best made guides for Osrs I’ve ever seen. This sets a new precedent for other content creators to live up to. Well done man
Name a more iconic duo than gnomonkey and him endorsing sepulchre. No matter how many times you tell me to do it. I never will. I don't care how much gold per hour it is ! ❤️
This actually might be the best osrs guide ever made as it succinctly explains everything you need to know about one of the most important concepts in the game. Great job!
Wow this was...crazy informative. I’ve never seen movement explained like this since I always thought wherever my character model was how the game detected me. Definitely gonna use the plugins you mentioned to get a better feel. It makes so much more sense to me now. I appreciate it.
For an idea of how hard movement can be to master: Ring of Endurance - Main drop from Sepulchre: *30m* Lightbearrer - drop from Tombs of Amascut: *2.5m* It's been wild how much I've had to learn with regards to all this. Turning on tick visualizer metronome and true tiles, it's no wonder the Sepulchre looked impossible. I wasn't where I was standing!
You have to give Jagex more credit than one might consider for actually understanding how their own game works and designing content that reflects the way people play it.
Thank you for giving a name to the weird dancing shit I do while I wait for ToB lobbies. I will now proudly boxtrot my way to the GE so I can flex how much time I've wasted on this 20 year old java game in style.
This might be over my head in terms of my OSRS ability but I’m gonna give it a try. Especially with sepulchre. I’d like to be able to efficiently do that
True tile isn't ALWAYS accurate. If you have bad ping it can show you ahead of where you actually are. This can mean, for example, getting hit by an arrow in Sepulcher even if the true tile says you weren't on that square when it passed over.
Hello great Gnomonkey, could you do a similar guide for combat mechanics, and how they interact with movement, eating, potions, pvp, etc? Your guides and content are literally the best UA-cam. How do you research for these videos? Or is this just everything that you have learned through playing?
I have plans to do something like this in the future, for this video it's mostly just playing the game a lot. My sources for most videos are the gear discord (written mostly by oblivion clan members) and the wiki although it isn't always accurate and often things need testing
@@GnomonkeyRS Awesome, thanks for replying. I have really struggled to find any good information on how combat works in OSRS, all the old-hands just simply *know* how it works but rarely explain what is going on!
Not sure if it's a big enough topic for a full video, but can you go over yellow click vs red click actions? I know they're different in some ways, which is why you drop vials at Zuk, but I can't find any information about exactly what the differences are.
I did it from 72 to like 76. It's the best xp/hr after 72 but gets boring fast when you haven't unlocked floors 4 or 5. I just finished getting 82 at Prif and now I'm back at Sepulchre having a blast
Hey gnome I've been subbed to you from the very beginning. I started streaming and want to pick your brains on some gear choices for nightmare as I'm working on 1k - mass kills- but the more times I've done this boss the more I feel like I can solo it? Just want to pick your big brain brother if you add me in game I would really appreciate it Rsn: stood there
that agility is 5m/h because nobody does it xD it's way too sweaty and hard for sightly more xp/H, compared to normal agility courses which are brain dead

nothing beats an in-depth high level guide, cheers
That ending give me crippling anxiety

It's what I do!

i LOVE every single one of your guides. no fucking annoying bloat or bullshit. Information is concise and useful. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
This is a fantastic video, undoubtedly one of the best possible videos to show fundamentals to a new pvmer. Never stop making guides :)
Your content never disappoints Gnome. Extremely important and informative guide to one, if not the, most important feature of osrs!
10/10 mate.

Gnomonkey is undoubtebly up there as one of the best players, and best mechnanic communicators out there.
you're making the best osrs guides on youtube, hands down. seriously hope your channel gets the attention it deserves
Runescapersownu sliding/tic manip guides are good and simple too. Used his guides back in the day for pking . Thanks for the in depth visuals gnome
this is exactly what i've been looking for! thank you for uploading. if you've got any other advanced tactics like these, please upload
Your guides never disappoint. Best on osrs
Gnomonkey always best content please keep the videos
Been watching your guides for a while but didn't know you were a beast PvMer as well
Thanks for the tips man! Really highlights a good mechanic to master.
damn i had no idea osrs had this much depth. great video.
heck yeah pathing guides still cool in 2023, nice vid :)

thanks, best rs channel ever.
gnomonkey yet to become a staple osrs guide member like Slayermusiq1
youre GREAT, and i love your voice :) keep it up

you make my favorite guides ty :)
Awesome guide! Btw what plug-in gave your weapons/inventory items those indications? (Green/red underlines)
Inventory tags, right click the inventory icon, for the underlines go to the plugin itself

6:50 ah, finally some content I can do :)
which plugin is it that gives you the monster hitboxes like you had in the ogre section?
Npc indicators, it's the "show tile" checkbox
very good!
whats the plugin for the tiles for monsters though?
Npc indicators
