You should hear his instagram live back when Megan first got shot, he's manipulative and in that live was trying to imply she wasn't even shot because of how it didn't hit her bones or tendons and all kinds of disgusting stuff. The independent witness claims Kelsey fought Megan and then went on to shoot Megan first and that tory shot 4 times in the air (it’s funny bc this doesn’t align to Meg’s testimony). Kelsey herself plead the 5th to testify. Nobody “innocent” asks for immunity. This case will be appealed by Tory’s lawyer 🙏🏾

@@iamhbyhat did she spread that was misinformation, same with akademiks. i was getting my information from them on Twitch and IG lives and they seemed not to bothered to give credit where it’s due when the prosecution looked sharp and akademiks even playing devils advocate for MEGs side. Akademiks has made it very clear that he doesn’t want to spread misinformation and anytime they try to make that claim, he was right that he WASN’T. If you actually watch Akademiks streams he is pretty level headed unless he is off the henny. If you looked at all the info from the trial, the defense looked sharp while there was a lot of reasonable doubt on the prosecutions side. I guarantee you that the prosecution was shocked that they won the case. I’m not saying Tory was innocent but the prosecution didn’t prove that he was guilty.
the fact that most of the people who were on tory’s side & bashing megan got their information from social media sites like saycheese, theshaderoom, etc. and took it as fact is scary to say the least. like so many twitter accounts tweeted that tory was found not guilty when the trial wasn’t even over & thousands of people just ran with it 😭
I think Megan's team said she was suing those people for spreading false info. Even in these comments you can tell some of them got their information from say cheese or no jumper because they keep saying his DNA was not at all on the weapon when his DNA was inconclusive on the weapon itself (bc there were too many contributors), so technically you can't say it was on there but you can't say it wasn't on there.
What about the people who didn't? I for one read transcripts, police reports, heard testimony relayed by several people who were in court. My biggest issue is people who believe Meg 100% group everybody who has questions about stuff or feel the verdict was unfair right in with the idiots who call Meg a horse and are on other trolly type of time. It's disingenuous as fuck. You can't convince me these people wanted justice.

I’m so glad you pointed that out. The one thing I could never understand about this case is why Megan would lie. Like people actually believe that she knows who shot her but is pinning it on Tory. And I know people can frame others but usually it’s to cover their own ass. In order for Megan to be lying in this case she would have to be OK with letting the person who actually shot her get away with it in order to pin it on somebody who didn’t. That’s pretty absurd and no reason is ever put forth as to why she would do that.

It don't work like that sis. Avis sued my friend for the cost of an automobile that was totaled. She was 21, working at McDonald's and living with her mama at the time so she definitely didn't have that kind of money. Avis garnished her wages for 11 years until they received the total amount they were awarded.

Still, he testified again: “I believe the girl fired the first shot.” He also said “I see what appears to be the girl shooting into the car,” though the Escalade at issue was not bullet ridden when police stopped it minutes later on Hollywood Boulevard. Kelly also said he’s “not sure at all if the girl was shooting a gun the night” and emphasized throughout his time on the witness stand that he never actually saw anyone with a gun.
“He was holding something and it flashed and made a loud noise like a gun,” Kelly said.

What exactly did he speak out about? He skipped past the part where DNA findings on Tory Lanez came out inconclusive, that the DNA finding found a woman’s dna on the pistol (meanwhile Kelsey wasn’t even tested for DNA). The independent witness claims Kelsey fought Megan and then went on to shoot Megan first and that tory shot 4 times in the air (it’s funny bc this doesn’t align to Meg’s testimony). Kelsey herself plead the 5th to testify. Nobody “innocent” asks for immunity. This case will be appealed by Tory’s lawyer 🙏🏾

There was so much misinformation on this case that blogs were posting in favour of Tory. Not to mention the comments on these posts were so misogynistic and hateful towards Megan. "It appeared to me when I was on the phone that they were trying to kill her," Kelly said. He said he heard the driver say the police are coming, and they put the woman in the Escalade and left.
Then came the cross. (All that above is from direct by Tory's lawyer.)
Stogner testified about his interview with Kelly. “He specifically said he couldn’t tell who was holding the weapon,” Stogner said. Stogner was also the one who spoke with Megan Thee Stallion four days after the shooting, when she first told them she had been shot.

It often feels futile to try and show people that what they have decided is the truth, is really just a rose coloured lie that they have chosen to believe because of some sort of underlying hatred or bias they have for other people.
This is how I feel whenever I read comments that young men make about women in general, these days.
It obviously comes from a place of anger and hurt, but instead of getting help, they double down and start supporting people like Tory Lanez and Andrew Tate.
