It says "Suicide Ali" in the picture, in ENGLISH. But, it's written to appear like Arabic characters, since "Ali" in Arabic means "Noble," "sublime," "elevated," "exalted," " God" ect."
So, the meaning of their name can translate to "Suicide Noble" or "Suicide God"
