    I just want to say; your videos help me a lot in understanding laws better- I mean by understanding the general and basic "knowledge" do help u to understand the complicated words in law books hshshhshs thou

    what is the difference between shareholder and the owner?

      If you’re not fussy over the legal details, “owners” and “shareholders” of a company are basically the same thing!
      But if you are interested in the legal technicalities, it wouldn’t be right to say that shareholders “own” the company. In law, the company is a “person”, not “property”. You can own property, but you cannot own a person (at least, in most modern legal systems).
      Therefore, it’s more proper to say that shareholders share in the control over the company, and they “own” their shares (yes, shares are property).
