Living in DFW is very expensive, don't forget the annual home property tax and homeowner insurance increased a lot. Make it very tough to own the home in the long term... on top of that, the new IRS tax for middle class is hugely increased. I don't think many people can really afford a house now. 😢

It depends on how you look at it. I do agree with you but Renting a 3bed 2 bath in a nice area will cost you 2800 and up in most cases. At that point, you can definitely find a home that has 4 bed maybe an office also, and pay the same amount to own... Owning real estate is one of the best ways to gain and hold wealth in many cases..

Your mic only comes through on the left speaker. Maybe a setting on your end? Thanks for the content!

If Blackrock Inc. buys a majority of available housing and you complain= CONSPIRACIST. See how easy that was?

Hey thanks for commenting! Who is playing conspiracist? I believe they have bought less than 1% of all homes so they really didn't buy that many. Especially in higher priced point areas.

@@trevontate You fell into the trap of caring what others think. Today's "conspiracist", is usually a good researcher who cares about God, family and country. It appears that Blackrock has purchased much, much more but you need to find more serious researchers to acquire these numbers.

@@Mr196710 That is a fair statement! I know they're buying up complete neighborhoods, but I guess we won't ever know the extent of it. These powerful companies never let out the true secret.
