what did you use to make the skin inside your orbital like that? I know how to change my outer skin and how to change the inner collor of my liset, but yours looks pretty new. Is there a skin for that too? I am new to the game, but I love customize my stuff in games.
I belive it is after you finish playing the war wtihin, and it should also open after sacrifice. talk to a lot of the open world NPCs for items and assets.

Chains of Harrow is like so late in the game I wouldn't even care about the room after that quest

inside the game settings, you will see a ship setting for interior and exterior.
