Nice to see that Norma, even being of a different generation, can embrace inclusivity so beautifully. A very happy new year to you both lovely Norma and Jess. 😘🥳😘🥳
As an old, although not quite as mature as the lovely nan, I can assure you that, contrary to all the media hysteria, we had diversity in our day too. Also remember my mum talking about parties in WW2 she and dad attended where everyone cross dressed. Nothings ever new in humans is it?
It was sweet how your Nan, kept saying you look awesome in the photos, as well as Jake. 😊😊❤❤😊❤ Her face when you said you sat there eating for hours!😂😂😊❤
@papabear2515 I was not being rude far from it , but that old lady is being exploited for momentary gain From UA-cam, if the lady is getting her share then fair enough, but. Somehow I doubt that is the case .
@ you just answered … “you don’t know” … and you’re right …. you don’t know! You’re assuming the worst! In all the videos, Nan appears to be happy, well cared for and not in need of monies, things, etc. I think her family, including Jessica is very devoted to her, loves her and takes very good care of her. By Jessica posting videos of Nan, it helps everyone who watches to better understand the aging process, the reality of time moving on and the inevitable loss of a loved one. And, as a person whose mother, grandmother and aunts all succumbed to Alzheimers’s disease, these videos can help others who are dealing with this devastating disease as well. The way Jessica takes Nan’s lead and doesn’t impose and agenda on Nan, is not only beautiful - it’s exactly how one needs to care for and support their loved one who moves in and out of reality, because I’d this devastating disease. Until one goes through this painful process with their own loved one, they have no true idea of the ongoing sadness of watching and being with them as they progressively struggle. It is beyond heartbreaking, I assure you. I wish you all the best. And my hope would be that you, nor anyone you love ever has to go through what Nan, and especially Jessica and everyone else who loves Nan is going through. Alzheimer’s is call “the slow death of the loved one you know. Tragically, that is painfully true. My own other (89) has Alzheimer’s and has reached a stage where she doesn’t know who I or any of her other grown children are, nor her grandchildren. She is at the stage she can no longer participate in a conversation. Thankfully, she still enjoys eating and listening to music and can, at times, nod yes or no to communicate. Please don’t assume you know what is happening with others. Again, all the best to you!
Oh Nan you cracked me up with that last look….😂😂😂
Your nan's face at the end when you said I sat there eating for hours & the way she looked up at you as if to say nothing new there 😂
