- In today's video I'm gonna show you a $400 apartment tour of our stay in Chiang Mai Thailand, based in Nimman, the digital nomad hub of Chiang Mai.
We spent 1 month in Chiang Mai and we had the best time discovering one of the biggest digital nomad hub in Thailand, if not worldwide! The icing on the cake was having an amazing apartment to make us feel like home!
Filled with shops, café, bars, restaurant and nightlife, this area of Chiang Mai is the perfect spot to smash some work, meet likeminded digital nomad and relax during the evening!

What’s the supermarkets like in Chiang Mai? Do they have like a Big C or Tesco Lotus?
Also, what’s the AC like? I stayed in an apartment for a month in Chonburi and the AC was weak and wasn’t good.
In Chiang Mai they have Big C, Tesco Lotus, 711 and more and also Maya shopping mall for every necessity. I have never had problem with AC and this appartment was sooo perfect!

Is this place monthly, and booked through Airbnb or Agoda? Unfortunately, most condos in Chiang Mai seem to require a 1 year lease, or 6 months at the minimum.
We rented it through Airbnb and we were able to choose our preferred length. And when you book for min 1 month you get a huge discount! I can imagine that some places ask for a long-term deposit, but Airbnb seems pretty good on this! :)
