You let her know what you'd like and she's backing herself to do it without worrying. If she has an opinion and it's a good one, you let her have it. Super effort.
Its so funny that Bea reminds me of my mare, and Fifi reminds me of my gelding. He is also sensitive, wobbly, constantly working on straightness and has a tendency to overbend. It givces me hope seeing Feefs doing 3 star though!
Third place in her first 3* Long!! Nice work. I suspect that Fifi is listening so well to you b/c you acknowledge her "Fifi-ness," so she knows that anything you ask her to do is for her benefit & is do-able---you aren't always nagging (bad pun) to do it this way or that way. Amazing teamwork!

Fifi finihed 4th not 3rd, she had a rail in the show jumping.
