Well done! When is your mechanical resin SuperRigid coming? Any specs available for that resin? I saw a video of the Seoul Mobility Show and that you showcased the resin at your booth!

Hello. I am looking for a resin to print low volume mold cavities. Does your resin have any special processing needs? Thanks .

Hello, could you let me know the temperature of injecting materials?
If it is not over 200C. You don't need any other special process.
      You may need releasing spray.

I bought this resin but i have been unable to print in a elegoo Jupiter, i had to bump exposure to 20s per normal layer for the validation matrix to come out but whenever i want to print a normal part it comes out completely solid fused ( over exposed) and the settings reccomended on the page ( 1.7-4.5) doesn't even let the resin cure any geometry, is there any other source material or help i can get ?

Hello, thank you for using SuperHDT.
Before use it, please check the resin is clear, if not, warm the bottle at 50C to 60C for couple of hours.
Cold weather cause crystalization of resin.
      We recommend
      Bottom Layer : 20 Secs
      Printing Layer : 6.0 ~ 6.5 Secs
      for Elegoo Jupiter 50um slicing

Hot enough to make a lead casting mold ?

That is a great idea, but we have not tested, if the casting lead's melting temperature is lower than 240 Celsius, it may work. Thank you.

Again they are doing test's clearly unreliable talking about comparing things - placing both weights directly on the middle would breing more reliable results

If the mechanical properties are the same along with the 3D printed bolt, in 3 points loading test, it should give the same result even if we locate the bolt far left or far right. Thank you
