Youre missing out on a whole heap of sounds and subgenres going on in hip hop bc u mostly only check for the mainstream stuff that gets u a lotta views nowadays. This type of style is a subgenre of drill called sexy/slizzy drill. Cash started this like 2 years ago and now it's blowing up, hence he is everywhere. I am a producer/engineer in NYC and I work with some of his artists he has, the sound has this city in a chokehold, including me lol.
