Chicken thighs on mushrooms
For 4 portions we will need:
4-6 chicken thighs
1-2 onions
a tub of mushrooms
a piece of bacon - it doesn't have to be
salt and pepper, ground sweet paprika,
rosemary or thyme to taste
chicken stock for basting
