One of the oldest videos, but one of the best. Great boat & run. Newer videos have cutscenes & music...
Nice machine!!! Thanks for showing the dash on that last run, nice to see what the engines are doing.
Truly amazing. Great video. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Awesome boat. Thanks for posting.
Wow !!!!!! @04:00 look at it screams past 140 ! Its pulling hard at 140 in a boat ......must feel insane !! Love it
Sweet holy moly... that was so smooth and hot.
Great production.
look at that cloud of black smoke on start up. DAMN THATS A HEALTHY ENGINE
These boats make me wanna play the lottery..
Ahh the sweet whine of twin roots-style blowers. Sick!
Thank you for the video...5 STARS !
As a owner of this boat I can promise everyone THIS IS A FUN BOAT. LOVE THAT BOAT.
THANK YOU DCB AND TEAGUE MARINE
Great video. Would love to see that from someone off the boat filming. Going to go look thru your videos now lol
Big Block zinging 7 Grand!!! Teague Rocks! Nice job guys! BTW...My Teague engines have never let me down!
Damn, and here I was all happy to hit 38kts, then again I guess that's not too bad for dragging around 30,000 lbs. Nice boat guys, good luck with her!
Very impressed with that.
You have balls to do that ,well done!
Dash cam was awesome
Wow Way to go Teague Marine!! Don way to drive that monster!
this wont only smoke the coast guard boat it will smoke the helicopter too.
bad wrenchin, beauty of a boat hats off to all, owner, teague bros, and dcb.
Thats sick.... How needs music whit this boat.. You have some big balls to👍😁🙏
Spectacular! More than SPECTACULAR !🇺🇸
Great film quality
they are aerator tubes. They allow the props to suck air while submerged, inducing cavitation. They aid in getting on plane.
Awesome
Amazing!
hey right on thanks,
Incredible. Crazy amazing that those small propellers can push the heavy boat that fast.
now that's EPIC
thats just bad ass!!
INSANE!!!!
Props out to Teague Custom Marine!!!
Great Job Guys!!!!
That is absolutely AMAZING...
Im still drooling at the mouth lol
That was impressive
I love it !!! ;-)
You can tell a boat is set up proper when it's not throwing all that water high in the air. Good forward momentum, especially in a cat that doesn't need bow lift requires you keep those drives inline and level instead of pointing to the sky.
Awesome!!!
Bad ass!! What was with the gauges on the right side bouncing around on the 177mph run? I can't make out which ones they were...
Badass crazy motors.
hey thanks
jesus hahahahhah thats insane
Bob's products never disappoint
Hybrid turbos are the future
aerator tubes, but thanks for the try . TeagueCustom marine informed me already .
Teague Power FTW
hey can anyone tell me what those tubes are on top of the cavitation plate just behind the steering tiebar they look like they are fuel tank hose lines ???
Looks like a fine answer to the M31 Mercury Marine 1300/1350 statement. Now if his guarantee, fuel economy, engine price and engine longevity are better than or equal to Merc then he has a chance to be competitive with them. Very awesome video!
Do these motors use a crankshaft support at the crank pulley to relieve stress from the charger? I snapped a crank clean at the keyway before running without one.
Amazing! I am curious how they prepare for a run like this in terms of other boats on the water. At that speed any other boat in the way would be disaster.
dear santa!
Insane!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nice
Sweet!!!
crazy but i love it
The ultimate cobweb removal device.
Just imagine hitting of submerged log at that fucking speed
Is the big tach the prop speed?
Perfect engine for a 22.4 Stoker.
THEY ARE DRIVE SHOWER COOLER PIPES. TO SPRAY WATER ON TOP OF THE DRIVE TO KEEP IT FROM OVERHEATING
FINALLY! Someone else noticed the crummy camera-work, camera angles.
Here's a little tip for the 'cameraman'. WIDE VIEW!! At least it was steady.
About to take off
I've owned a DCB m35 for 5 years had Merc 1550s just had 2 1750s put in by TCM. HAVASU WATCH OUT. 9 LITER TWIN TURBO!
3500 HP. VERY EXCITED
Craig, I need your UA-cam lol I live in Vegas and I’m purchasing a DCB this year
Was this boat sold or were there others manufactured? Seems identical to my uncles boat.
imagine all the sushi it made on that run
5 STARS
i'm no expert, but isn't cavitation bad for the props? and why would you want to induce it?
Looks like Nevada, bro!
Where was this video'd? The Bermuda Triangle?...because some of those gauges were kinda wonky.
On the F 32 model of DCB boats the water pick up is a little bit forward of the transom. At over 170 it picks up water sporadically which causes the gauges to go funky, they corrected the problem with multi angle pick-ups mounted to the transom on all new DCBs
GPS???
does anyone know how these boats run in the ocean ..... ?? flat water is one thing need to see how it performs in like a 1-3 ft sea ....
WoW
consuming 20 gallons a minute never looked more fun ..lol ..the aft view looked sped up when looking at the water it was that intense .. was that havasu ? .. how long is that lake ?..maby of the big lakes here in michigan are hard to ever find that calm..i'd hate to hit a freak wave or wake at 150+.. though i'm sure you wouldnt even feel it , as long as it doesnt flip up ..lol..i've have some big balls.. but sir , that run took some big balls ..looks different in a 43' offshore in an enclosed cockpit and safety cages..lol
i would be pissed if i couldn't get 3 more mph out to hit 180
icanhaz?
🤩
0:53 This record setting boat uses the best; AMSOIL synthetic motor oil! :)
im happy with 70
yeah id say that would pull a tube around...
Fffasssttttt!!! Wow!
I bet that boat was drawing less than 3 inches of draft at the stern.
congrats King of the desert 2012 havasu's desert storm at 157
Can someone explain the mystery why off shore boats use blowers rather than turbocharges? I know that you guys are aware the horse power difference cubic inch to cubic inch is huge. So why? I dont know how many inches the 1350's are Im going to guess and say 540 or so. I will also assume they run on pump gas and you're probably turning them 6800rpm with 16 psi ? and youre making 1350 hp @ 6400 rpm? Now take all the same numbers and run twin 88mm turbos, *8psi each with the right tune A Motech or F.A.S.T ecu and at 6200 you would make close to 2000hp and probably 1400 ft lbs. easy with a 540ci. and pump gas. The turbo motor will deliver better fuel economy, run much cooler and obviously last a lot longer. I mean really there are guys making 2500 hp with 450 cubic in small blocks,. yeah a lot more boost, not pump gas, and at the power level wouldnt last long under the load of the out drives. My point is the turbo in all areas that I know of makes more sense. So I must be missing something because you just dont see a lot of them. Not for nothing but Eikert who is or was one of the best off shore motor guys on the planet would say the same thing. So Im all ears..do tell please.......Oh and another question. Why when guys are doing a DCB, Skater, or an Appache and money is not an issue to these guys why not run the Arnesson surface drives.? Again they do everything better correct? get on plane faster offer a lot less drag which = more top speed. And are they not cheaper over all that the big #6 Mercs?
Speedo doesnt even bother registering anything below 60 mph..... LOL.
And it was crazy to watch the water gauges hop around as the inlet must have been too high as it was chining.
Why don't they use KNOTS to misure speed since they are on a boat?
the camera should obviously have gps.
for one motor
holy shit I would shit myself
I’m not gonna lie... I’d be scared
DID YOU KNOW!!!!!
A passanger plane does this speed on take off!!!!!
Is that what God took out to the lake on the 7th day?
@gagetegg m31 only did 176
FARRRK!!!!!
What some people have so their not late for work😂
ok well thats just simply sick,,,,i love boats and think 70 mph is fun,,,,,177 mph,,,,that just seems so un stable,,,,but oh well,,,that is so cool,,,,awesome video
If there's still a horn being advertised at beginning of this video that sounds like a loud truck/train horn in a very small horn, it's total bwllshlt
I was expecting to see a calibrated V BOX showing 177. We all know standard speedo's have gotten better, but are still an approximation at best.
Yep 2 mph makes all the difference.
What's the current fastest DCB
i think the two gauges under the right tach are the gas gauges... LOL
Wfoof, that will get the blood pumping.
aka: dry sump
For what that coke has got to get there, like, yesterday.
Water Pressure. Unfortunately, the F32 has water pickups through the bottom a couple feet forward of the transom. We now build them with adjustable pickups at the transom. Over 170, the boat is just skimming the water where the bottom pickup is, so there was erradic pressure.
