- President Yoweri Museveni who is also the Commander-in-Chief of the Uganda People’s Defense Forces (UPDF) is presiding over the pass out ceremony of 200 Cadet Assistant Superintendent of prisons, 318 Cadet Principle Officers and 1716 recruit Warders and Wardresses who have successfully completed training.
Uganda Prisons Service ensures that every person retained legally in prison is kept in humane, safe custody, provided in court when required until lawfully discharged or removed from prison

Apparently before an American President goes to a place. Secret service have to clean the place out days before the arrival to the president. These guys have snippers left right and centre. Our president must as well be protected.
