Please join me for this Part one look at the 50 or so movies I found on DVD and blu-ray over the weekend. Please comment below with your thoughts on these movies
Hello Neil, It never ceases to amaze me how many great dvd's you are able to find. You must be in a great thrift store area. I enjoyed this video lots!
Hi Lita. Yes, there are a number that I can get to, usually involving a bus ride and a pretty long walk, so there you go, movies give me exercise….As you may have gathered it’s something I enjoy doing a lot (I found a great selection today) but clearly I’m behind with watching them all, it’s just good to have my own library. Thanks for watching
See, movies really are healthy for you, what with the walking! I do know that you enjoy this a lot. Must admit I really like finding movies too. Although I don't do as good as you do. Glad you found some good ones yesterday! Have a nice day!
I don’t think I’ve ever went out intentionally thrifting. Closest I can imagine is going through the second hand shops, trying to find titles that are criminally underpriced. Some great titles there in your stack and a veritable treasure trove of films to make your way through. Also a big Kristen Stewart fan though usually in thespian mode 😀 The box sets seems like real finds. Happy thrifting!looking forward to part 2
Hey Chris. Thanks for watching. Yes we call charity shops thrift stores here. I usually combine my visits with a good walk as they are all in different areas….I’ve really got no excuses on that Stewart one, I lost my mind. All the best
I love having my film library and get huge enjoyment out of the unexpected finds from when I enter a thrift store etc. But yes, I have a great many that I have not been able to watch/rewatch yet. I hope that in some small way my showing the movies I find just keeps everyone’s interest in different types of movies going as the lot of the big influencer channels just focus on new releases. Thanks for commenting
What a bunch of terrific pickups 🛻 I put some of them in my phone to check out, I had laserdiscs and when I moved I gave them to Salvation Army, I think I had like 50 some. I went from vhs to laserdiscs then dvd, as to why I stopped buying them, I do wish I had kept them though lol.
Thanks Kenny. Yeah, I love laserdiscs. No way I could afford them when I was young. But in recent years I’ve been able get them from people selling their collections and now have around 1,300 and I do watch them. There’s something particularly enjoyable about each format. Too bad there’s not enough space to collect everything! Thanks for watching
Always enjoy your hauls my friend! You find the most interesting titles.
Thanks for watching, Daniel
Another really interesting group added to your collection. Many good ones! Thanks for sharing!
Hey Celinha! Good to see you. Thanks for watching
Hi Neil, Glad you have more finds to show soon. Hope your trip was a good one!
Thank you. It was nice to get away briefly.
Young At Heart seems like a fun one. Very cool Elvis 68 set. Lots of great pickups! Looking forward to part 2.
Thanks, Miranda. Really pleased with the Elvis one. Part 2 should be up fairly soon, thanks for your interest

Elvis the 68 comeback special that you found goes for some money. I’m jealous that’s a really outstanding find .
Thanks for watching. I was really pleased to find that one.

I watch MacGruber and when it was done my IQ was lower
Haha. I’m already concerned my IQ has dropped after picking up both that and Charlie’s Angels!
Do you have time to watch all these!
I do same thing and end up getting too many, become buried in movies I haven’t watched yet.😀
