Some information about my 1969 Allis Chalmers B110 Garden Tractor

The Allis Chalmers B110 was the successor of the B10. The B110 was similar to the B10, but features a different hood and a one piece fender pan design rather than the original version. If you have any questions or additional information, please let me know in the comments.

I actually like the headlight setup even though it's not original. Looks nice anyway. Your seat is missing the arm rests but at least you still have the correct back rest mounts. You mentioned some of AC's history which was nice but didn't mention the association with Simplicity that actually made the L&G tractors for AC. Initially, it was a contract that Simplicity would build L&G tractors which resulted in all the B series tractors. Then, AC bought Simplicity but both brands were still made and sold. When AC started getting into financial troubles in the early 1980s, Simplicity was 1 of the first brands to be sold off and was bought up by some of the Simplicity executives and managers that had ran the brand for AC. Again, Simplicity now back on it's own, was still making L&G machines for AC which continued with Deutz-Allis and even AGCO later on. With the exception of the AC 300/400 series of L&G tractors made in the early 1970s, every other AC, DA, and AA lawn tractor has a Simplicity twin that is the same except for some minor sheet metal differences.

Thanks for letting me Know, I kind of forgot to mention the connection with Simplicity.😄 I think that is what makes AC and Simplicity garden tractors so interesting is the various types and examples of tractors that they produced throughout the years. I think the AC built Homelite garden tractors are pretty neat!

I think I have an extra pair laying around for my Simplicity Sovereign. They fit the B110.
