if your list doesn't have kacelius, you did something wrong with how you built him. kacelius is at least as good as yellow jacket and he is better than black bolt. His dps on his 5 skill is off the charts if you built him right and his t2 adds survivability and even more damage. I know the oppinion makers decided he was just average before they even built him but if you look past the idiots who decided on him before they unlocked him you will see it.

There is a significant cooldown for his healing which makes him susceptible to DPS burst kills in PvP. I would knock him off the list and replace with Hyperion. It also feels like Yellowjacket deserves a place higher up the list as his damage and survivability is phenomenal for an easily farmable character.
I thought of this cool idea for Hulk! Like Destroyer, they could give Hulk a passive. Apply to: Self Reflect 100% of received "Physical" Damage(Up to Max Attack 100%) or make his stronger! It would be like the angrier he gets the stronger he gets! Angrier by taking hits and stronger by reflecting damage into his own and being stronger.
Eggplant Gamer how is reflect damage make sense on hulk? have you read any comics about hulk reflecting enemy punch? Dr.strange had magics so that make sense for him to reflect damage. Everything have to connect with marvel comics

manrightchea T2 kacelius does mind blowing damage and is capable of soloing ithanos yet he gets passed over for moon knight and black bolt. He already admitted he likes mk because he reminds him of batman.
