Man, how times have changed. Chester was always in state title contention from the late 90s to early 2010s. The Shaw was automatic before that, with Fax showin up once in a while. Nobody on today’s Chester would see any PT on those epic teams. Sad what’s happened to city ball.
@@scnext That and full game footage of the epic Chester/OTech state title games in '02 and '03. Those Chester teams were the most loaded I've ever seen, and their games with OTech and Leon Powe were legendary. I remember the '02 game like it was yesterday. Chester was warming up, minding their own business, when Tech ran right up the middle of the key that Chester was in. Oh, it was on! Chester then put on the sickest, most intimidating dunk fest ever to wrap up warmups (back when you weren't allowed to dunk in warmups). Then led wire to wire in 32 minutes of straight street ball. I would kill for a video of that.
@@fabersmobiledetailing5251 Made it to the top of City a couple times over the years (along with Fremont in '91 and Man Arts in '88), but the heavyweights were definitely the Shaw (til '97), Chester and Fax, in that order.
Congratulations to the video editor, I suggest funny sound effects for break ankles, blocks, drops or slips, it will make a big difference. Hezi god´s vídeos too.
