Congratulations on your new business!!!! Sadly it is only after you go through a renovation that you realize what you should have asked of the contractors in the beginning (we did a whole house renovation a few years ago). So what do you think you would have done differently to mitigate the constitution issues you faced that were preventable?
Wow! As I watched the whole video I see how dedicated you are from the start till the end, processing documents, structuring the area etc.I just want to ask how did you manage your time doing all this stuff? How do you manage your emotion/reaction with these stressful people doing something that is not related to the contract that you've said? Hope your business is doing good right now🤗

Congratulations and thanks for sharing…Awaiting the new feeding for a long time😊 Recording all happiness, depressing, nervous and painful emotions in the period…Setup a restaurant is not that easy…many many things need to be considered and followed-up….I can feel how angry and tired you were when dealing with the interior company…but at the other side, I feel lucky as you have Jun to go though it with you, at least you’re not alone…but i think your back should be huge painful during setting up the bar as you don’t have much time in your bed…Anyway I hope all these bad things and time are over…You feel full of happiness cos your dream come true…💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻Don’t give up…it’ll become better onwards😉

10:57 These kinds of situations are infuriating... this is why for complex plans I now make sure everything I want is in writing and always verbally confirm what is going to be done BEFORE any work is done. On more than one occasion I've had people go, "I don't remember that" or they say they will fix something and never do it. Sometimes it's not even malicious, they actually don't remember. I think most people will have these kinds of negative experiences... no one gets these kinds of things right the first time and even experienced people often run into these situations. How you've managed to handle this so far is amazing for someone doing all this for the first time. Don't give up. 11:35 100% being nice is not always the answer. The workers are probably not at fault here - despite being unprofessional or inexperienced - it's the owner that needs to oversee the work and make sure they are doing a good job. I've had to threaten not to pay or get a lawyer involved to be taken seriously due to being a relatively young-looking woman... and I don't like that.
I’m usually really thorough with contracts .. but there was so much issue from the beginning and I was running out of time that I didn’t check well enough….

things need to be considered and followed-up….I can feel how angry and tired you were when dealing with the interior company…but at the other side, I feel lucky as you have Jun to go though it with you, at least you’re not alone…but i think your back should be huge painful during setting up the bar as you don’t have much time in your bed…Anyway I hope all these bad things and time are over…You feel full of happiness cos your dream come true…💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻Don’t give up…it’ll become better onwards😉

10:57 These kinds of situations are infuriating... this is why for complex plans I now make sure everything I want is in writing and always verbally confirm what is going to be done BEFORE any work is done. On more than one occasion I've had people go, "I don't remember that" or they say they will fix something and never do it. Sometimes it's not even malicious, they actually don't remember.
I think most people will have these kinds of negative experiences... no one gets these kinds of things right the first time and even experienced people often run into these situations. How you've managed to handle this so far is amazing for someone doing all this for the first time. Don't give up.
11:35 100% being nice is not always the answer. The workers are probably not at fault here - despite being unprofessional or inexperienced - it's the owner that needs to oversee the work and make sure they are doing a good job. I've had to threaten not to pay or get a lawyer involved to be taken seriously due to being a relatively young-looking woman... and I don't like that.
I’m usually really thorough with contracts .. but there was so much issue from the beginning and I was running out of time that I didn’t check well enough….
