After trying several, I decided to get the Burkard Legacy with a Wave head joint at the end of March. Also tried the Resona, but I felt the mechanism as well as the sound was a bit smoother on the Legacy.

Burkart piccolos are next level! I love them! I play on a Burkart professional with a wave head joint. My wave head joint definitely has a rich/dark sound. I love your videos and I am a fan of your music. Keep up the good work!

I liked the sound of the Clarion compared to the others. I heard a bigger sound that was a little richer with more focus.
I bought a Haynes Amadeus piccolo a few years ago after you reviewed them that I really like, however I upgraded it to a totally different level with a Keefe Traditional Cut head joint. It has a rich, dark sound that is gorgeous. I tried a few different piccolos, and for the money I thought the Haynes was very stable and had a good scale. My dream piccolo is an Anton Braun...
