Bazaar Mar is a beautiful oasis in Las Vegas, a place to enjoy the freshest fruits from the sea prepared just how Chef José Andrés loves them. A celebration of the depths of the ocean, the menu is a journey of discovery and surprise, with a focus on only the very best ingredients. Located within The Shops at Crystals in Las Vegas, Bazaar Mar brings the finest elements of the ocean indoors to a bright, theatrical space.
For an elevated take on coffee and pastries by day, or cocktails, tapas, and caviar-centered bites by night, Bar Centro is just below Bazaar Mar on the mezzanine level.

That was an epic looking meal. Every time Josh doesn’t want a mushroom dish I’m always sitting here like “ooohhh I’ll try it then”, big mushroom fan 😂.

Everything looked good. The bluefin tuna/fried egg thing looked like a variation of a course they had at Bazaar Meats (a few years ago). I gotta say tho....the most impressive part of the meal was how Mike was able to be quiet so long. Also I guess Josh taken a mushroom bite was semi impressive. Bummed we missed it, glad we saw it.

I'm still hungry. It's like 13 single bites for $200. The dishes were beautiful and fresh. Looking forward to seeing the whole fish with some croquettes and a rich velvety dessert. Thanks again for sharing this lovely experience!

We were full enough, but not overwhelmingly full like we have been from previous tasting menus. The length of time eating alone will help you feel full with something like this

I can’t do tiny food in Vegas. I’m on vacation and I gorge on buffets and room service. I’m surprised that many Vegas UA-cam’s don’t review room service food.
We have done room service at Wynn and Cosmo, maybe time to do another one

The bazaar in Chicago actually had both Bazaar Meats and Bazaar Mar. Definitely gonna have to try this one out.
That’s cool. So sad we had to cancel our trip but we were just run down. Next year it’s already on the books
