I've wanted an Altoz for the past two years, but truly can't pull the trigger on another combustion engine (in my 60s). They will do electric as soon as solid-state tech is standard. Great share!
The really old riding mowers or older zero turn mowers all had really insane traction compared to the new stuff now they care about the blade spin and other stuff witch isn't bad for most ppl but when I'm going up a slight incline and the tires are spinning all the way up the hill it doesn't work so good lol like if I get on my old riding mower from my great grandfather thing can climb anything and it can pull a plow behind it and it's no bigger than a zero turn and it can cut grass just fine maybe the blades don't go as fast and it gets the job done and looks no different other than it doesn't mess up the grass when I go up hill. I just wish they would stop making stuff so complected when it worked fine 100 years ago. But great video guys
If I was the marketing director, you would be going home with the trailer and both units. Start an annual raffle promotion during fall harvest events. Send in new models every year. Set this year's price on the raffle value. Use raffle proceeds 50% more units to give away and 50% in community donations. Have fun guys. Hell of a product.
Add demos on jobs and you will get free operators. Also offer 30 min demos remote by client. Charge 0$150.00 / hr. 2 hour minimum. Would be a great annual service business to sell off. Split rentals 1/3 Business, equipment payment, labor fuel. You will have a hell of a draw on each jobsite. Get realtor post with water tight area for brochures with before and after photos with ads. Plant free ads every where you can.
It would be nice to see the finished "product".. one mans 6 inch heighth isanother mans 12 inches. Plus, do these really cut and chop, or does it whack, crimp, and bend it over? It would be interesting to see the mower go through the grass first, see what the deck knocks over, without the blades turning, then start them spinning again. Plus, I'd like to see the PTO switch response times when cutting (on/off/stop)
From what I've seen in another real world mower test, the all-terrain deck would be good for anyone mowing blighted properties. One of the places we mow is very hilly and rough so it might do well when hooked with the finish deck. Accessories look decent for a midmount ZTR. A question I have though is, how easy can the decks be changed out? Think they'll develop a front mount version to compete with Grasshopper?

This looks right up my alley 😁😁😁😁
Im with you. I love cool equipment.
They need to hire you! Really cool marketing idea for sure
Awesome video I especially like the idea how the blades fold like a bush hog type blades do that saves the mower from the abuse you do great idea
They say the decks swap in 20 minutes
@@Dirtmonkey Is there a benefit switching decks when he showed you can switch to a finish blade set up ?
The side extension would be nice for mowing close to water.
Overkill I love it and honestly won't tear up the grass due to increased grip
