क्या SBI बैंक प्लॉट पर लोन देता है ? II Does SBI Bank give loan on plot?
प्लॉट लोन में आप प्लॉट खरीदने के लिए लोन लेते हैं I SBI प्लॉट लोन (SBI Realty Home Loan ) में यह प्रावधान है I SBI प्लॉट लोन में आयु 18 और 70 वर्ष के बीच होनी चाहिए I एसबीआई रियल्टी होम लोन (स्टेट बैंक प्लॉट लोन) में आपको प्लॉट लोन के 5 वर्ष के अन्दर प्लॉट पर घर का निर्माण करना होता है I जैसे की SBI Home लोन की भुगतान अवधि 30 वर्ष तक हो सकती है, परन्तु स्टेट बैंक प्लॉट लोन की भुगतान अवधि (repayment tenure) केवल 10 वर्ष है I एक बार आपके घर बन जाता है, तब आप अपने प्लॉट लोन को होम लोन में बदलने का आवेदन कर सकते हैं I उसके बाद आप टैक्स बेनिफिट ले पायेंगे I अगर आपका लोन प्लॉट खरीदना और घर बनाने दोनों के लिए है, तब आप उस लोन पर टैक्स बेनिफिट ले सकते हैं I

हेलो नमस्कार मेरा नाम विजेंद्र पाल सिंह आप कहते हो कि एसबीआई सबसे बड़ी बैंक है और अच्छी बैंक है मेरी नजर में तो एसबीआई सबसे बेकार और घटिया बैंक है क्योंकि मुझे 1 साल परेशान होते हुए 5 जनवरी 2020 को मैंने फाइल जमा की थी और 12 7 2020 को वापिस मुझे लेनी पड़ी क्योंकि मैनेजर और फील्ड ऑफिसर 15 दिन बाद आना 20 दिन बाद आना यही कहते रहते हैं और बाकी का जुनून था और बैंक का वह भी जमा करवा दिया था बकाया किसी बैंक का मुझ पर कर जा नहीं रहा था और मैं पशुपालन डेयरी का लोन ले रहा था डायरेक्ट बैंक से वह भी 302 गज प्लॉट 22 लाख रुपए का प्लॉट गिरवी रखकर के 1000000 का लोन नहीं मिला मुझे मैं तो यही समझूंगा कि भारत में सबसे घटिया बैंक यही है कि लोगों को परेशान करती है और मैं खुद इस बैंक से निकला हूं मैंने खुद देखा है कि परेशान ही करते हैं लोग के लिए बैंक सबसे बेकार है जिसका काम हो जाए उसके लिए सही है जिसका काम नहीं हो उसके लिए बेकार है किसी ने रिश्वत दी थी तो उसका काम हो गया जिसने रिश्वत नहीं दी उसका काम नहीं हुआ यह सब बेकार की बातें हैं इस तरह से कह कर के लोगों को बर्बाद ना करें
