Well done Mike I tried a friends rollers a few years back and it was very much a leap of faith to get going but like you I quickly got the hang of it ( just don’t look down 😂). Sort of old school now with smart trainers being so good but probably good for warm ups for those that do crits 🚴♂️

Cheers Alan, I think they're a good workout and definitely good for warming up. Won't be replacing the wattbike just yet though 😂
You’re brave! I bought some to use with a fixed wheel, but quickly decided I need to wait for better weather to use them outside as grass is soft!
It’s not as bad as you think once you’re on them!
