WEST PARK!!! Rented for 2 years and just closed on our dream house! Albeit one of the originals pre 2008! In 20 years I'll retire to Sun City! LOL. But drive (bike/run) to everything is so true!
Great info! Thinking about moving my family from OC, buying a new build in W Roseville cash around 600k, living in it with my family for a year and turning into an investment and moving to a permit more desirable forever home in Rocklin, Granite Bay or maybe El Dorado hills etc when the market shifts more in 2023.
Thanks for commenting! That’s a great plan. We’ve helped several clients do just that. It’s a great way to familiarize yourself with the area while still capitalizing on the real estate market.
@@MrRoseville yes! We been looking at properties up there for a few months. My wife also has family in Rocklin so I always thought it was a hidden gem, especially compared to majority of CA. Its actually affordable with room to build. The real estate markets likely gonna go through a reset of sorts, however I don’t think it’s going to be anything to the degree that some people may think. Especially areas linked with good school districts. People are still going to buy homes for various reasons regardless. That area has alot of runway to go over time and people that plan to sit on the sidelines, meanwhile pay 3-3,500 a month to rent are going to be extremely disappointed.
You really know your stuff! We have a video coming out soon comparing Roseville to Rocklin. Though, I have a feeling it’ll be information you already know. Rocklin is a great place to live!

Congratulations on buying your dream home!!
Sierra Vista by Woodbridge Park and Roseville High School is the best.
Charming for sure! What makes that neighborhood your favorite?
I am new at Roseville, great video
Thanks! If you don't mind the question, Which neighborhood did you choose to live in, and why?

@@MrRoseville Good to hear! Looking forward to it. I’m curious what your thoughts are on the Morgan Creek golf club community?
