Paulson is a master and excellent teacher...amazing facility and program in Fullerton'..I had the pleasure to train there and meet Erik....a beast of a fighter but very spiritual and humble. CSW KICKS ASS
Good instructor. Let’s his blue belt work while not dominating her, but also challenges her while keeping it friendly. Eric is great, I wish I could train with him.

I have big problems with standing ninja choke.
Personally, I like this choke and sometimes I use it too but, a lot of time my opponents use this choke on me.
Do you know how can I escape from this choke?
