Do a walk and run every day. if not, then every other day. No need to see a doctor for a prescription medicine for pain killers just because you are so lazy in taking care of your body. And when medicines don't work people in my country tend to blame doctors. Majority of our people eat late at night, keep awake late and exercise? forget it. No gym will do a magic to you if you are your own worst enemy. At least 3km walk needed if one's need to stay fit. Stay away from oily stuff i am not saying don't consume it but whatever you eat, your body needs to burn it and the only way you can do it if you move your body. Don't be a couch potato and do something good to your body. If you only walk a day or every other day. you will start feeling difference from day one. First you will be starting to sleep well, feel that energy in your body and of course your brain will be less foggy. Your muscles will ache, but it will start flourishing your entire body to expand it further. Veins will start to open and make a good blood circulation. Trust me, you can achieve all that just by walk, power walk and that will lead you to start running in couple of months. Tip for everyone. do not attempt to start running if you haven't done so for so many years. Your body isn't ready for such adventures. Give it sometime and thank me later.
