All I have found in the past has been instructions to imitate the sounds, but never instructions on HOW to make the sounds. I wish you had gone through the nasal sounds because I don't quite understand those.

I don't understand how you pronounce /e/. I always thought it is like the a in "late", or in french, the er in parler, or et in buffet. But you seem to pronounce it differently.

Her /ɛ~/ sounds differently than the same symbol I heard from other sources. Hers sound like /ɛ/, but other sources' sound like /a/.
