Comaneci left Karoly in the 1977 summer and came back with him in late agoust in that period she NEVER competed except in February 78 at China Cup and in this who in July actually, when she was training with the team of Bucharestr she had incredible skills that never competed under Karoly as shown in this video.
I am sorry but I do not like these commentary people the way way they tear down Nadia & compare her to Olga. I really think they are jealous just my opinion.
gosh these commentators seem to be picking Nadia apart Nadia was a awesome Gymnast and a awesome person she is still involved with gymnastics and is doing alot more for people and charitys then alot of other people way to go Nadia!!!!
I´ve never seen all of this before. Thanks for posting! How long before the Worlds was this? Nadia doesn`t seem much out of shape, yet it is said she was really out of shape 5 weeks before Worlds and asked Bela to train her again and went through a torturous regime to get back in shape. I get the feeling this must have been some 6 months or so before Worlds and she went out of shape more so after that... Is that so?
Out of shape??? She went through puberty and is a woman now with a woman’s body. Jesus, doesn’t anyone know about puberty, and the physical changes a body has to go through to become a woman?
Nadia doesn't care about audience! Even if it is true, still audience cares about her! I love Nadia.

If that was July 1978 I must say Nadia was in better shape than 3 months later when she trained under Karolys for the Worlds in oct.78.
The way they keep mentioning nadia's weight over and over again seems just so rude. I guess it was a different time.
Right?!? And doesn’t even consider that the reason her body changed is because of puberty!
