You know what is interesting to me is. Some of the witnesses statements, who observed the fight. Like Mrs MJ King that was in Bauers Meat Market at the time,. I like to hear about the regular people of Tombstone

I really like the guitar music in all of the episodes, including this interview. It adds flavour and enriches , doesn't drown out the speaker like so many others. Thank you so much

I read Jeff's book a while back, and I highly recommend it to anyone interested in the "Street fight" in Tombstone.

After living in Dragoon AZ for 2 years and spending untold days & nights in Tombstone the one fact i found most interesting about Wyatt Earp was he never backed up in a gun fight... he always walked forward!!

There were no mentions of the the court transcripts of the aftermath of the events here . They do exist. Why were they excluded from this episode.

Not enough time in a 30 min. Segment...The book The Last Gunfight has full description of the trial...good reading

I have a feeling this guy hasn’t been in a gunfight before. If, by miracle he has, he has completely forgotten what it’s like, how it feels and changed it in his mind. He says they are only four or five feet apart (other sources say a bit more) and that they were terrible shots missing each other-I guess his mind suggests that you should just stand still when someone is shooting at you? I assure you when the shooting started, men started moving, duckling, hiding, etc… Also, if they were getting their horses to leave and there were that many of them, how did they and their horses fit in that small of a space while also being only four to five feet apart? (Could be wrong on this point-just not seeing that many men and horses fitting in that small of a space.) While it is an assumption, I assume a few things about this author and his stances.

This so called expert doesn know anything about shooting single action guns or the Long barrels of the era

lol 😆 if they were such bad shots, explain the last two shots of the gun fight, “blaze away, you’re a daisy if you do”.

Great podcast and interview! But now i know that Doc was a shit shot its ruined him in a way for me! I wanted to imagine it how it was portrayed but as always reality is the best soberer!

I wouldn’t necessarily believe everything this guy has to say… there are other sources that say the opposite. Saying that is just an attention grabber.

This guy is full of inaccuracies. I finally turned it off when he said everybody had guns (at the OK corral). But there are many other inaccuracies. I couldn't watch the rest.

Who shot first?... I nominate Doc Holliday. An angry alcoholic homicidal dead man with TB walking

Damn, the author has nothing but negative stuff to say 😄. Sounds like he's fed with the story himself. You're ruining for everyone else man.
