You will need to reroll RNG to get the red slime as the first one, and give it to Lady Pearl. As you can see, the other slimes later don't matter much; I had another run with a slightly faster kill with lucky early Green+Red buffs on Lady Pearl, but it was only about 5-6 seconds faster; Eleven is still the carry here.
You must either have S3 Eve or S3 OwO for this. I attempted with S1 OwO yesterday and just couldn't make the check of the last 2-3M damage despite much better focus and execution (I am very sick today haha)
Ideally, take Paradise regained on OwO, and give Eve either Nightmare Revelation + The City of Sins, or Overthrown Tower + The City of Sins + Creation. This is overall a gain on Eleven's damage. However this was an Assist OwO, so I couldn't change the crimebrands and had to make do...!
The first time I cleared, I forgot to record... what a pain... then I got good RNG on Pearl for the next clear, and wanted to reset to a worse RNG run to show it... in the end, I think I redid this at least 100 times. My conclusion is that summon team is much less reliant on good RNG compared to Weakspot for this fight, but it's... well, you need to focus!

Shackles are must for this team to deal that much dmg. At least s-3 eleven and s-3 eve
