Capricorn Sun Gemini Moon , i used get into these "tunnel" like feelings where as the video says , you can't decide between two options , you bring forth arguments / photos /ideas from your memory and you can't make a simple damn decision. After i took a therapist , what helped me most was at one point when i decide to write my emotions right when they appeared on a notebook / note ( which i keep with me at all times). Then when i am relaxed i take out that notebook and start digesting , correlating and making a ton of new ideas out of my emotions. It has been 3 weeks now , and for the most part , it all boils down to childhood trauma , behaviours that weren't processed , labeled. Once you start labelling them and know them , you can start to switch on-off , to have control over your mind which is such a marvelous thing !

Capricorn Sun Gemini Moon , i used get into these "tunnel" like feelings where as the video says , you can't decide between two options , you bring forth arguments / photos /ideas from your memory and you can't make a simple damn decision. After i took a therapist , what helped me most was at one point when i decide to write my emotions right when they appeared on a notebook / note ( which i keep with me at all times).
Then when i am relaxed i take out that notebook and start digesting , correlating and making a ton of new ideas out of my emotions. It has been 3 weeks now , and for the most part , it all boils down to childhood trauma , behaviours that weren't processed , labeled. Once you start labelling them and know them , you can start to switch on-off , to have control over your mind which is such a marvelous thing !

When I go out I feel like I make a connection with every person in the club. I’m so flighty and I change my plans constantly. Also, I always want someone smarter than me.
