Good evening, the price is $954,705 and negotiable.
Poor allocation of upgrade money. Cheap carpet in bedrooms, no linen cabinets outside master bedroom, no recessed lighting in 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. No epoxy on garage floors and tiny backyard so you high five your neighbor when you wake up. Also don't like the transfer ducts over the 2nd and 3rd bedroom and laundry room doors. Gives a cheap look.
Some of that upgrade money should have been used to block the backyard neighbors from being able to look into your property. No privacy.
Home should go for about $550k.
