Completely agree 👍 There has been a massive centralisation of industries in few metro cities in India and as a result, everyone is running towards those cities. The consequence is that these cities are now choking up with huge burden to civic amenities, pollution, inflation and unhealthy climate. We should really decentralise our industries and focus on ‘Local for Global’

Globalization is good but so is vocal for local. You are doing a fantastic job by contributing to local economy, encouraging local talent & staying away from the clutter. In all honesty, i love big cities, enjoy the development but i also dislike that there's million people everywhere, with so much of traffic, pollution, unhealthy competition. This is pure degradation of beautiful life that god has given us.
Its good he is growing his company in his homeland creating jobs for his people but also mention the part where Raipur is affordable compared to Mumbai and Bangalore.

Sooner than later these cities will have no place left to expand and tier 2-3 cities will have to take the lead in expansion of businesses and help grown the economy.

Yes. Why to go for 4 story flyovers in few cities just to accommodate the crowd there and keep other cities empty is a big question nowadays. Old days it was different, communication with letters was there and it was much feasible to have all big companies headquarters in same city. But nowadays everything is electronic. Internet has changed so many things. Decentralisation of big industries should be considered by governments.
Please dont shift to metro. 1) Traffic is insane here. 2) We want companies to actually shift out and distribute among tier 2 cities. Cause many of us feel trapped in metros. 3) Metros are costly and flats are match box sizes. 4) Education cost 3 lakhs for primary school itself . Homes come for 1 crore for basic 2 bhk. 😢 5)
