சிறு வயதிலேயே கணினியில் உள்ள ஹேக்கிங் தொழிற்நுட்பத்தில் ஆர்வத்தின் மிகுதியால், சொந்தமாகவே கற்றுத் தேர்ந்தார். பொறியியல் கல்வியால் தனக்கு எந்த பயனும் இல்லை என்பதைத் தன் செயலாற்றலின் மூலம் அறிந்து கொண்டு கல்லூரி படிப்பை விடுத்து சொந்தமாக ஒரு நிறுவனத்தை நிறுவி வெற்றிகரமாக நடத்தி வருகிறார்.
இக்காணொளியில் சிபிதரன் தான் எவ்வாறு இத்தகைய நிலைக்கு உயர்ந்தார் என்றும் அனைவரும் தங்கள் ஆற்றலை உணர்ந்தால் எவ்வாறு சாதிக்கலாம் என்றும் எழுச்சிமிகு கூறுகிறார்.

An Engineering Dropout turned out to be a Cyber Security Analyst and a Successful Entrepreneur. Sibidharan understood his real meaning of Life and his call towards being a cybersecurity Analyst and later started his own company “After Tutor”.

Sibidharan developed an interest in hacking when he was very young. He began to learn to hack on his own. After schooling, he joined Engineering and found that is not his cup of tea. He wanted to do something better in Life. Understanding his potential of doing something beyond Engineering, He quit and started his own company. He understood the uniqueness of who he is and what he shall go beyond the boundaries. Having a strong belief in himself, he moved ahead in Life and became a Successful Entrepreneur. He also gave equal importance to his hacking skills which made him one of the top Cyber Security Analyst.

In my childhood I broke rc car to get a motor. I learned daily new things...
Iam aslo like this while iam studying 7,8,9,10 I felt the education system is boring I can learn in my book not from my teachers .So I search my doubts in various ways . I can understand the concept and I wrote what I learn .my teachers said this is not correct way I don't care about their opinion. I scored 79% in 10th .I am very very weak in mathematics .I am hardly struggled to pass in mathematics and finally I got 57 marks in tenth. I joined +1 by choosing maths & computer science after many conversations with others . I thought we can learn experimentally in +1&+2 .My expectations is wrong .My friends and class members memorize and wrote papers and they got good marks . If I understand I will write in my way in exams. They are teaching without basic.I can't memorize the books . I started to blame education system.I aware my relatives ,friends & my family . They didn't hear my voice . They need mark mark...
My UA-cam learning hacking apps and to repair a broken things .after completing +2 . I choose diploma in ECE . Now my expectation for diploma in trichy MIET Iam going to learn practically and I can outcome my talent . I know one day I will suceed in front of who said me you cant succeed...
