It is better to talk to your local MP, MLA and Citizens to make the best infrastructure rather than cheapest. Our govt policy is to with cheapest. That need to change. Discourage people to do encroachment.

Ambani made Indian internet 3rd cheapest in the world which benefitted 140 crore people. Google about how Telengana n Karnataka Congress is wooing Adani's son about investment in their states, then only you will know the REALITY.
